With over 30 years of international experience in the full spectrum of human resources, Kris Webb is a recognised leader in driving people strategies across multiple regions and industries. Known for rapidly building trust, she brings clarity to complex debates and fosters insightful discussions about people and culture. Kris has led major People & Culture teams, overseeing diverse functions across Australia and globally (including Europe, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Japan and Asia).

Currently with Coles Group, Kris is a passionate advocate for authentic leadership, and is committed to leading with transparency, empathy, and purpose. She believes the future of leadership lies in building genuine connections with people, nurturing inclusive cultures, and championing diversity. As a forward-thinking leader, she anticipates future workforce challenges and opportunities, ensuring that talent strategies align with evolving business landscapes.
