you are a CHRO, CPO or Executive Director HR (regardless of your title)
you are the most senior HR person in an organisation or in very large organisations you are the most senior HR person in your business division
you report to the CEO and have a strategically influential role.

Networking

Groups meet in face-to-face settings for focused peer mentoring and best practice sharing.
Groups also meet as required online to share best practice or come together to discuss a shared challenge.
Our groups value this time highly as an opportunity to connect with peers and so there is no 'selling' by consultants in these sessions. Guest speakers are invited to attend if topical and of interest to the group.

Events

Events such as group conferences and retreats provide a rare opportunity for senior HR leaders to focus on their own personal development in the company of highly credentialed peers (event costs are additional to membership fees).
