The Aspiring CHRO Program is designed for senior HR leaders who are credible in their roles today and intentional about stepping into a CHRO role in the near future.

The program has been shaped directly by our Step Up to CHRO research and the lived experience of Australian CHROs. A consistent theme is that the true demands of the role are often only fully visible once you are in it, and that the shift from functional leadership to enterprise leadership is more significant than many expect.
