DIRECTOR - FINANCE

Kerrie Parker (FCPA, GAICD) is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, University Services at Deakin University delivering significant strategic, advisory and operational services to the university with responsibility for People & Culture, Finance & Procurement, Business Strategy & Insights, Customer Experience Hub, Infrastructure, Property & Precinct, Digital Services, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, General Counsel and Transformation.

Kerrie has whole of business experience gained in CEO, CFO and General Management leadership roles. She has led through growth, turnaround and crisis transformations and has been involved in acquisitions and divestment of brands and businesses. Kerrie’s experience has been gained in ASX publically listed, multinational, private equity investments, state government and higher education.

She has held non-executive board and governance committee roles in Private Equity, ASX NFP and Government.
